Online Bible Resources
Someone asked the question about finding a specific translation of the Bible online and I figured I'd share some different Bible oriented resources available.
- BibleGateway.com (http://www.biblegateway.com) - This is a great web site due to the fact that it has so many tranlations of the Bible at your fingertips.
- BlueLetterBible.org (http://www.blueletterbible.org) - This is another online bible with quite a few versions available. The nice thing about this resource is the fact that it has some great search capabilities (when you're looking for a specific reference).
- ESV Bible (http://www.gnpcb.org/esv) - One of our favorite translations here at Gateway. The ESV is a modern translation that retains the accuracy of the KJV. "A new, essentially literal translation that combines word-for-word precision and accuracy with literary excellence, beauty, and readability." - ESV web site
- Gateway Web Site - Oh yea, don't forget our web site! Here in our blog we will continue to read and comment on different books of the bible as time goes on. Stay tuned and subscribe here if you haven't already.
If anyone has any additional resources that you'd like to share be sure to add them in the comment section below!

ACTS 6:7 - "and a great many of the priests became obedient to the faith."
Don't you just love it when a new part of the Word opens up to you? It made me think of how easily we lump people together and label them. Not all the priests refused to believe. |
