The greatest love story

Posted on: September 11, 2007 by Martha Petteys

I like sitting in the back of church sometimes during service. As I writer, I look around and see stories. I am constantly amazed by the testimonies of those that sit in our chairs.

I see a man healed of cancer. I see marriages that have been restored. I see a woman who once found it hard to lift her hands to God, now running the aisles. I see people who have been set free of addiction.

I see those who, like me, cry at the start of that certain song, because it reminds them of what God did for them.

I see prayers answered in each and every row.

When I need a lift in my faith, I remember my testimony and the testimonies of my brothers and sisters.

They call the Bible, the greatest love story ever told. We are all a part of that story.
