Audio: Abundance With Nothing

Before Jesus told the rich man in Matthew chapter 19 to go and sell all he had, he asked if he kept 6 of the ten commandments.  The man responded and said that he had kept them since his birth.  Jesus then proceeded to summarize at a few of the remaining commandments when he told the man to go and sell all that he possessed.  When the man walked away sad because he could or would not agree to this request, it shows just how important it is that we not be wrapped up in our possessions.
