Posted on: July 24, 2008 by Just wanted to give you a quick update for Winston - Salem NC. It took us 14 hours to get here. A very long drive but well worth the trip. This has far exceeded my expectations. There is a great move of God here. The worship is alive, they have put on some great skits and the preaching was awesome (and that was only the first night). The kids are loving it. I'll write more tomorrow. If you're keeping up with the reading, you should be on Job 10-12 today.

Sounds like a tremendous blessing! I checked out a bit of the live webcast last night and saw Joel and Jordan. Certainly seemed like an awesome time. Many thanks to all of you making the sacrifice of time and effort to make this possible for the kids!

Hey Ya'll! Haha. I have to agree with Pastor, we are all having a great time. The spirit of worship is incredible. There have been 6 that were baptized and at least 5 that have recieved the Holy Ghost so far, with one more night to go! It's very exciting and encouraging to see. It's been great down here so far, but I can't wait to go home! Prayers of safe travel home are greatly appreciated. :) God Bless! |
